This project was part of a seminar in collaboration with Italian universities. The seminar began with a trip to Mantua, a city surrounded by 3 artificial lakes in the northern Italian region of Lombardy. The many seminars and site visits allowed for each group to determine an area where they think it is necessary to interfere. The project is that of a flexible urban park that can adapt to the needs and wants of the community. It redefines the existing programs of the parking lot and the park and creates a new relationship between the city and water.
